Booking terms & conditions

One-day experiences have a minimum number of people required to make the day viable. In the unusual event that the that there are not enough people booked, we may ask you to select another date.

Your voucher must be booked and completed by your expiry date or you will forfeit your day and monies paid.

Some experiences are weather dependent. In the event of bad weather, your experience will be rescheduled. Refunds NOT given.

As the weather is out of our control cancellations may be at short notice. Heavy persistent rain, snow and strong winds will affect your experience. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel and rearrange a suitable date. We will contact you on your provided number at the time of booking. If you are in doubt on the day, please call us.

We cannot accept cancellations with less than 7 days notice. If you cancel after this time, your voucher is forfeit. However, we reserve the right to charge a re-booking fee and allow you to re-arrange a suitable date at our descrission.

Vouchers purchased from third parties (eg. Vergin, Red Letter Days & Into the Blue) cannot be accepted after the expiry date and may have different Terms and Conditions to the ones listed here.

All vouchers or monies paid as deposits are non-refundable, with no cash equivalent or refund offered.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather on the day.

Gift vouchers are available for all experiences and are valid for 12 months from purchase. Must be redeemed before expiry date.

Accepting vouchers

If a booking has been made with a voucher, it should be presented on arrival, even if you have provided details by phone or email.

If your voucher was purchased from a third party (not directly from us) and you do not bring a copy, we reserve the right to turn you away, or your booking may be delayed while we verify your purchase via the supplier.

Spectator fees apply for guests accompanying an experience participant. The fee is dependent on the type and duration of the experience.

Your voucher is your proof of purchase and states that it must be produced on arrival. If you do not bring it and have not provided details, you may be charged or turned away.

Expired vouchers

We are not obliged to accept expired vouchers, especially from third party suppliers. An extension fee may apply.


Centre is closed on Mondays during Term time.
Children Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, charges apply.
Guests accompanying a participant are subject to additional charge.
All experiences start at 9am except Advanced Entry, 1-hour and Meerkat.
