Coronavirus - updated 21st March 2020
It is with great sadness that we must close our door to visitors for the forseeable future
(general visitors and those who have booked experiences). This is a diffcuilt time for everyone and not a decision that we have taken lightly but it is the only responsiable thing we can do and thankfully with the support of the govenment it now means that all staff will retain their jobs and the animals can continue to be cared for.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your understanding and support and we promise to be back open as soon as possile, bigger and better than ever.

If you are on social media, please follow us as we willl be posting daily about all of the goings on at the centre while we are closed.

We continue to follow government advice and we are keen to inform and protect our guests as much as possible. We are closely monitoring the developing situation regarding Coronavirus.

We understand that some of our guests will have concerns and questions.  If you have booked a date and time to do an experience we will be in touch, either by email or phone.  Please bear with us while we do this, it will take some time.

If you have booked using a gift voucher: If it was purchased directly from us and due to expire during our closure period we will honour it until 20th December 2020. (to be reviewed if closure is longer than anticipated.)

If your voucher was purchased from a third party (for example, but not limited to: Red Letter Days, Virgin Experiences, Buyagift, Into the Blue) you will need to contact the supplier directly to check their T&C's. Most of these companies will be offering free validity extensions at this time. Third party vouchers MUST be valid when you attend so please do check with the company before rescheduling.
