Experience Booking & Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.

Booking conditions

All experiences  must be pre-booked subject to our existing availability and book up very quickly at weekends so it is advisable to book early, to book please call 07912357484 or email milletsfalconry@yahoo.co.uk .

on day experiences minimum numbers of people are required to make the day viable, in the unusual event that the that there are not enough people booked we may ask you to select another date.

Your voucher must be booked and completed by your expiry date or you will forfeit your day and monies paid.

ALL EXPERIENCES ARE WEATHER DEPENDANT, IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE RESCHEDULED (Refunds not given) As the weather is out of our control cancellations may be at short notice.                    Heavy persistent rain, snow and strong winds will effect your experience , in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel and rearrange a suitable date and we will contact you on the number that you provide at the time of booking, if in doubt you are welcome to call us.

We cannot accept cancellations at less than 48 hours notice. If you cancel after this time your voucher is forfeit, how ever  we reserve the right to charge a re-booking fee and allow you to re arrange a suitable date.

Vouchers purchased from third parties (eg. Groupon, Red Letter Days & Into the Blue) cannot be accepted after the expiry date and may have different T’s & C’s to the ones listed here.

All vouchers or monies paid as deposits are non refundable, with no cash equivalent or refund offered.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather on the day.

Gift Vouchers are available for all experiences and are valid for 12 months from purchase, must be used before expiry date.

Limited availability during January.
Centre is closed on Mondays during Term time.
Children Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, charges apply.
Guests accompanying a participant are subject to additional charge.
All experiences start at 9am except Advanced Entry, 1 hour and Meerkat .
In the event of bad weather the experience will be rescheduled. (refunds not given )

ACCEPTING VOUCHERS

IF A BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE WITH A VOUCHER IT SHOULD BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL EVEN IF YOU HAVE PROVIDED DETAILS BY PHONE OR EMAIL.

IF YOUR VOUCHER WAS PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY (NOT DIRECTLY FROM US) AND YOU DO NOT BRING A COPY WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN YOU AWAY OR YOUR BOOKING MAY BE DELAYED WHILE WE VERIFY YOUR PURCHASE VIA THE SUPPLIER.

SPECTATOR FEES APPLY FOR GUESTS ACCOMPANYING AN EXPERIENCE PARTICIPANT, THE FEE IS DEPENDANT ON THE TYPE AND DURATION OF THE EXPERIENCE.

EXPIRED VOUCHERS:  WE ARE NOT OBLIGED TO ACCEPT EXPIRED VOUCHERS, ESPECIALLY FROM THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS. AN EXTENSION FEE MAY APPLY.

YOUR VOUCHER IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND STATES IT MUST BE PRODUCED ON ARRIVAL.  IF YOU DO NOT BRING IT AND HAVE NOT PROVIDED DETAILS YOU MAY BE CHARGED OR TURNED AWAY.
